What forms of payment do you accept?

Personal checks, cash, and credits are accepted. Credit cards will be run through PayPal which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Check can be may payable to Andrea Foutz or The Developmental Assessment and Counseling Center.

How long are sessions?

A comprehensive assessment takes approximately 4 hours to complete. The assessment is typically broken into two 2-hour sessions on separate days. A break will be given during each 2-hour session.

Do I need to fill out paperwork?

Yes. Please go to the Forms Tab, print out and complete all paperwork listed. The paperwork should be brought to the first test session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Do you close for bad weather?

The office follows Roanoke County Public Schools inclement weather policy. If Roanoke County Schools are closed, the office will be closed. If there is a delay (one or two hour delay) for Roanoke County Schools, the office will open at 10:00am. If your appointment is canceled due to inclimate weather, Andrea Foutz will call to reschedule your appointment.
