About Andrea L. Foutz. Ed.S

Andrea has been practicing as a School Pyschologist since 1993. She initially began working within public school systems in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. In 2005, she started a residency through the Virginia Board of Psychology to become a Licensed School Psychologist and work in private practice. In 2007, she began working at the Developmental Assessment and Counseling Center with Rachel Goodman. In 2009, Andrea became the owner of the Developmental Assessment and Counseling Center and has been practicing as a Licensed School Psychologist to date.

Providing thorough psychological evaluations is the cornerstone of her practice along with consulting with parents regarding their child’s needs within and outside of a school setting.

Andrea has been married for 30 years and has two adult children. She enjoys vacationing at the beach with her husband and friends and playing with her dog in her free time.
